When booking an appointment, the earliest time to get your pup serviced is at 8am for any of our packages. We keep in mind that many Bellaire residents have daily responsibilities such as work, children, and other personal activities to get to, and we make sure to provide flexible start times. If you are looking for something a little bit earlier please call us and we can discuss additional options.

The latest time to book an appointment for a Bath, Package #1, and Package #2 is at 6pm.

However, when deciding to schedule your pup for a Full Groom the latest time to schedule is at 4pm. While these are our standard operating hours we are always open to work with you despite your busy schedule

We understand that letting go of your pup can sometimes cause fear and anxiety. While we know you may want to see them getting groomed, please be aware that pets can exhibit excited or problematic behavior when their owners are present, which can affect their safety and the grooming process. However, if you would like to check on how your pet is doing, that is absolutely fine!

Traveling through appointments and grooming amazing furry friends can lead to our trailer getting messy quickly, however we have a process in place to clean after every appointment and conduct a deep clean every week. If you ever have the urge to take a tour to understand the area your pup will be in, our friendly staff is always more than happy to satisfy your request.


Having a clean work environment comes hand in hand with the overall safety of the salon. We have dedicated shelves and storage to keep any sharp objects out of reach, proper lighting, and an A/C system that will keep the entire space cooled.  

We arrive 15-20 minutes early to your appointment. This allows us to familiarize your pet with our trailer, scents, and grooming equipment, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Once inside, we gently place a 'happy hoodie' on them and begin the grooming process. For first-time clients, we highly recommend our Package #1, a relaxing bath experience since completing a full groom is sometimes impossible. We take extra care and move at a slow pace to ensure your pet's comfort during this introduction to our services.While other salons may turn away aggressive dogs, we strive to accommodate all pets to the best of our ability. In some cases, we may utilize tools like a muzzle, as recommended by the American Kennel Club, for the safety of both the dog and the groomer. This is often implemented with dogs prone to snapping, even with gentle handling. We understand that snapping can occur for various reasons, and we handle these dogs with utmost care and patience. However, if a pet's behavior poses a direct threat to themselves or our groomers, we may be unable to complete the service.

Same day cancellations is 50% of the service will be charged automatically, however if you decide to reschedule well hold the 50% and apply it to your future appointment within one month. After the one month period you are subject to a new appointment and will have to pay a new full price.

Yes! We often require a PDF/ Picture of your pets vaccinations. If you cannot provide this documentation we kindly ask you to submit your pets vet information and we can contact them directly. The vaccines we require for your pet to be groomed are Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP.
